BLP's portfolio consists of interests in 20 residential land development projects located across Australia and New Zealand. These projects are being developed in partnership with leading private development companies. BLP's development partners include: Urbex, The Metricon Group, Winten Property Group, Links Living, Citta Property Group and PRM Property Group in Australia and Darby Partners in New Zealand.
