Custodian
The Responsible Entity has appointed the Custodian (a related party of the Responsible Entity) to hold the assets of the Trust. The Custodian will hold the assets of the Trust as directed by the Responsible Entity. The Custodian acts only on the instructions of the Responsible Entity. The Custodian is entitled to receive normal fees in connection with its custody services as well as out of pocket expenses.
