Corporate Disclosure
Listed entities are required to disclose in their annual reports the extent of their compliance with ASX's Principles of Good Corporate Governance and to explain why they have not adopted a relevant principle if they consider it to be inappropriate in their particular circumstances.
The Board has put in place policies designed to ensure that the Company and the Responsible Entity meet all applicable standards of disclosure pursuant to the ASX Listing Rules. All material disclosed to ASX will also be promptly accessible through BLP’s website.
