Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee
To assist in the execution of its responsibilities, the Boards will establish an Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee. This committee will report to the relevant Board to assist it in carrying out its obligations. The Boards, via the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee, are committed to the management of risk throughout the operations of BLP.
Each Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee will consider any matter relating to the affairs of each entity and its external audit that it considers relevant in order to carry out its functions. In addition, each Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee will examine any other matters referred to it by the Boards.
