Corporate Governance
BLP recognises the importance of good corporate governance and is committed to complying with a code of conduct and other appropriate corporate governance policies. The corporate governance framework for BLP is underpinned by the ASX Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations (“ASX Guidelines”). The ASX Guidelines were released by the ASX Corporate Governance Committee on 31 March 2003 as a set of guidelines designed to maximise corporate performance and accountability in the interests of shareholders and the broader economy. The ASX Guidelines encompass matters such as board composition, committees and compliance procedures.
